WHERE IS THE GOOD DELIVERED?
We deliver ordered goods throughout Montenegro, to all places where delivery and payment by courier service is possible.
RECEIVING THE PARCEL
After you have completed the order process by clicking on the “Order” button, you will automatically receive an email confirming your successful purchase to the email address you specified when filling in the data. Thus, your order has entered the processing and shipping process, and you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days. Only in case of ambiguities or any problems related to your order, our support service will contact you.
RECEPTION OF THE PARCEL
You will receive a preliminary call from the courier service about the delivery of the parcel to your mobile phone number. Couriers will deliver the parcel to the address you specified during the time period you agreed upon. Please make sure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the parcel during this period. Upon receipt of the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the packaging to ensure that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and suspect that the goods may be damaged, refuse to accept the parcel and immediately notify us. If the parcel is not damaged, feel free to pick it up.
COURIER DELIVERY COST
Delivery cost is 4€. Free delivery applies for orders over 100€.
PAYMENT FOR GOODS
Delivery: the cost of the goods is paid in cash to the courier upon receipt. Pick-up from the Tivat warehouse payment in cash. Bank transfer.
